Owner/President of Goodfellow Construction Inc. and the developer of each condominium building. Norm grew up in the Dwight area of Muskoka and began to develop his construction company in the mid 1970's. He began by building residential homes as well as some of the large cottages around the Lake of Bays, and then moved on to building most of the timeshare and condominium buildings at Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville. His building grew to include government projects such as the landmark Algonquin Park Visitor Centre, Riverside Public School in Huntsville, the Tourist Centre on Hwy. #11 at Gravenhurst, the Parry Sound Museum and much more. In the late 1990's Norm decided to become a developer and began with the Dairy Lane Townhouse Condominiums in Huntsville and he hasn't looked back. Construction is currently underway of his 5th 'apartment-style' high rise condominium building in Bracebridge, Ontario. Norm lives in the Huntsville area and enjoys spending time with his family and beloved German shepherds.

Joel is Goodfellow Construction's building Supervisor and has been a resident in Huntsville for the past 13 years. His vast building experience spans 30 years and includes many local projects, such as 'Muskoka Estates' residential subdivision in Huntsville, and the most recent condominium building at the Muskoka Wharf in Gravenhurst. He has also built homes in Calgary, Toronto and even the Bahamas. Joel has also acted as Supervisor for Goodfellow Construction on our previous condominium buildings: 'Drumkerry by the Falls' in Bracebridge and 'Vernon View' in Huntsville. He is currently busy overseeing the construction of our newest project, 'Legends at the Falls, Phase 1, in Bracebridge.

Norm is happy to include members of his family in his company to assist our clients. May Goodfellow (Norm's wife, centre) has helped Norm to develop his company over the years and uses her creative skills to assist in some of the decorating aspects of each building, including the model suites, as well as helping out in the Presentation Centre on occasion. Norm's daughter Lesley-Anne Goodfellow (right) and daughter-in-law Christel Goodfellow (left) both act as sales representatives in the Presentation Centre. Christel also assists condominium purchasers with the finishing choices for their condominium suites to create a suite that reflects their tastes and has all of their desired comforts. All of the Goodfellow Girls are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our condominium purchasers.

Julie is proud to be a third generation Muskokan and brings to all of her work as Norm's assistant a sincere dedication to her community. She began working for Norm in 1988 and has been 'hands on' in all aspects Goodfellow Construction Inc. over the years. Julie has accumulated a lot of knowledge regarding the construction details of the buildings as well as being able to discern the changing design requirements of the condominium purchasers. Julie joins the 'Goodfellow Girls' in providing the 'personal touch' to our clients and making sure they are looked after well beyond their move-in date.
