Since 1976 we have been building prestigious summer residences on the Lake of Bays. By the early 90s major “Landmark” commercial work was completed as well. 2007 marks the start of our 5th Luxury Condominium building in Muskoka.

Developer

During the late 1990s Goodfellow became both builder and developer.
This allows for exceptional quality control and reasonable condominium pricing. Our attention is focused on “one building at a time” for the best quality and customer satisfaction.

Condominium Property Management

We filled the void of experienced Property Management with high-rise condominiums in Muskoka. We know best: the building, the tenants, the local trades and service companies. We operate from a Condominium Association and Owner’s perspective.
