Muskoka Condominium Property Management

During the construction of our most recently completed condominium building, we began to see the benefit of offering services in Muskoka as a property management company to our condominium clients.

Our discovery that there is a lack of local property management companies in the Muskoka area that have experience with high-rise, condominium buildings prompted us to consider the benefits to both ourselves and the purchasers of stepping in to fill that void.

Our unique experience as the builder and the developer of the property provides us with the following advantages:

• a complete knowledge of the condominium building's construction
• knowledge of the service agreements with utility companies and the local municipality and the District of Muskoka
• an ability to motivate trades to respond to service calls quickly and monitor their costs
• a complete understanding of all guarantees on the long term facets of the common elements
• low overhead
• Accessibility for our clients...all phone calls, visits and emails are followed up on.

We feel that the most important quality we can offer our buildings as a property manager, is our relationships with our clients, the condominium owners.  Since we deal with these people from their point of purchase, through the finishing of their new condominium, and service afterwards, we have a unique understanding of their individual needs.
 
Goodfellow Property Management's philosophy is to operate each property from a Condominium Association and owner's perspective, with an acute awareness of the goals and needs of Muskoka residents and users.

With our vast knowledge of each condominium building (literally from the ground up), we focus on problem prevention rather than problem resolution, and pride ourselves on our "Hands-On" approach. 

However, we do not stop there. Our services include building maintenance, all banking requirements, vendor management, client information and condo fee collection and administration.

Of course, the Board of Directors for each building 'calls the shots' and no action is taken by this property management company without their input and direction.

We are a small team of Muskokans working for the many voices of Muskokans living in each of our condominium buildings.
